About Your First Aid
Your First Aid is based in Kent and is able to supply courses in the South East and nationwide across the Country. Our first aid courses are practical and hands-on giving you the practical experience that you need to be confident with your abilities to perform First Aid should the need arise.
Chris has worked for many years in the construction industry and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of training within the industry and dealing with major incidents. He passes on his experiences during the training courses and he communicates well with students, in a fun, educational way knowing that his training can literally be life saving and understanding what each student faces.

Our courses, can be delivered in person, in a physical location, online and even at your workplace or home.
Not every course can be ‘off the shelf’.
In addition to ‘off the shelf’ first aid courses, we also offer and provide bespoke and tailored health and safety training courses. These courses are aimed at meeting your exact and specific requirements when you have specific subjects to be covered within your health and safety staff training.
